Oookay, there were no avocados at the store (what is up with THAT?), and since I cannot eat fajitas without guac, we ended up having other stuff for dinner. I had a grilled steak and salad (organic red leaf lettuce and sliced shrooms with a lovely red wine vinaigrette dressing).

Bean invented a new sandwich that she made for herself and Hubby. She seasoned a sirloin steak with taco seasoning, grilled it, then sliced it thinly and made grilled cheese sandwiches with the steak, sourdough bread and shredded cheddar. Hubby pronounced it DELICIOUS!!

And this, ladies and gents, is why I fill out my meal plan in PENCIL. ;o)
