KETTLEBELLS!! These are a HUGE fitness craze right now. Hubby said that he used them when he was downrange and loved them. We actually own a 15 lb and 20 lb, so I don't have any excuse not to try this.
I'm a huge fan of Shay from the Biggest Loser and she does Kettlebells regularly with her personal trainer. I just found out that her trainer puts a different 5 minute kettlebell workout on her website every week! Yay! I'm going to try this tomorrow:
