Cheat meal day!

Hubby took Bean and 2 of her best friends to a local amusement park today. They had a great time!! I had a nice relaxing day: I went on a LONG walk with the Buzz Boy and spent a lot of time getting to know my way around SparkPeople.

Breakfast:
1 Boiled Egg
Greek Yogurt with Berries & ground flaxseed
1 slice whole wheat toast
Total Calories: 282

Lunch:
5 ounces of grilled chicken breast
2 Tbsp guacamole
1 Mission Carb Balance tortilla
1 tomato
1 cup grapes
Total Calories: 456

Snacks:
1/4 cup guacamole
8 baked corn chips
1 orange
1 boiled egg
4 Dr. Kracker 3-seed
Total calories: 391

Dinner:
This was my cheat meal for this week. Hubby took me to Outback and I let him choose the appetizer. He was in the mood for a Bloomin' Onion (I would've picked the Bushman's Shrooms :o) ). I had the 6 oz Outback Special with a house salad and sauteed shrooms for my sides. It was yummy!!!! I'm totally on board with this cheat meal idea (although, I've got to do better about eating ALL my other meals healthy to earn it--somehow I doubt Papa John's pizza fits into the "healthy" category).
