Spread the Spark!

Sorry I haven't been posting my meal plans on here lately...I joined SparkPeople and have been tracking all my food on there. It's a completely amazing and totally FREE healthy lifestyle website. You can track your food, exercise and weight on there. They have exercise demos, recipes, message boards, and so much more! You can either choose to follow their meal plans or you can just use it like I do to track what you're eating. Check it out!
