Well, it's been 4.5 months since I got serious about getting in shape. Between 1 March and 15 May, I lost about 14.5 pounds, but since then: NOTHING! Even the addition of P90X has not made any change on the scale. All I do know is that whenever I try eating the way my nutritionist wants me to eat (aka 1300-1500 calories a day), my weight immediately starts going up. I start eating more and it goes down back to where I was on 15 May and stays there. Sigh. I just don't know what my metabolism wants from me!! A big part of me just wants to throw in the towel. I mean, if all my hard work isn't going to make any difference then what's the point?
Sorry for the negative post, y'all, but I'm so stinkin' mad right now.
